How you can prepare for the new ADA Title II deadline

Recording now available

You’re invited to a free, one-hour webinar focused on ADA Title II. You’ll join Deque’s Chief Information Accessibility Officer, Glenda Sims, to learn:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II basics
  • Who is required to comply, and when
  • The implications of non-compliance
  • Key exceptions

The U.S. Department of Justice’s new mandate requires all state and local governments, along with their third-party contractors and software vendors, to comply with the digital accessibility standard WCAG 2.1 A/AA standards in as little as two years.

Failure to comply can lead to legal risk (lawsuits) and the loss of state and local government business.

This webinar is ideal for IT leaders, Compliance Officers, Public Service Coordinators, Product Managers, Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Accessibility Specialists, and anyone charged with maintaining compliance or winning and keeping state and local business.
