VPAT, What's That?

Understanding Where You're at With Accessibility

Watch on-demand

You may have heard that a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) is a good idea, or you may be working with a customer, partner, or other third party that is requesting one. Obtaining a VPAT — technically called an ACR (Accessibility Conformance Report) — can be an important step in your accessibility journey.

In this webinar, you'll learn more about:

  • Why would you need an ACR?
  • What can you expect during the process?
  • What are the benefits and results?

VPATs help to show how accessible your product or service is for people with disabilities

It's important for organizations to show that their products and services are accessible to everyone. In some cases, as with U.S. federal government agencies, it's a requirement.

In any event, VPATs and ACRs can be used to improve accessibility, provide an efficient way to review the accessibility of products and services, mitigate litigation risk, and increase potential customers.

Watch now to learn more about:

  • What is a VPAT and what are the different versions?
  • What is an ACR, who uses it, and how is it used?
  • How to scope and plan?
