About the presenters
Ron Beenen
Director of European Business Development
Ron is the Director of European business development with Deque Systems. He has over 15 years of experience in digital accessibility and inclusive design. Ron provides strategic advice and accessibility services to organizations, both in the private and public sectors. He also works to embed digital inclusion strategically within organizations. Ron has performed several accessibility research projects commissioned by the Dutch Government, the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights, and disability organizations that were discussed in the Dutch parliament and covered in the national press.

Natalie Russell
Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Natalie Russell is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Deque Systems. With eight years in the accessibility field and 12 years of QA experience, she brings a rare combination of technical rigour and programme leadership to her work. Prior to joining Deque, Natalie led an enterprise accessibility programme in direct partnership with Deque, giving her deep insight into both sides of the customer journey. She is passionate about helping enterprises build accessibility programmes that are both effective and lasting.

Patrick Sturdivant
Vice President and Principal Strategy Consultant
Patrick has worked in information technology for over 30 years. An experienced software engineer who is blind, Patrick deeply understands the technical challenges our customers and the disabled community face when it comes to accessibility. Coupled with his testing, team building, training, and DE&I strengths, Patrick is a consulting force to be reckoned with.
