Digital Accessibility Legal Update

In celebration of this year’s Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD), Deque is proud to have attorney Kristina Launey, a Partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and accessibility specialist, join us for a digital accessibility legal update.

ADA Title III website accessibility lawsuits filed in federal courts in 2020 jumped a surprising 12% over 2019, in spite of a mid-year pandemic dip in filings. Kristina Launey will cover what these trends mean and what organizations can expect in 2021.
