Matthew Luken is SVP and Chief Architect at Deque, consulting with companies worldwide to grow their digital accessibility programs. Matthew previously built and ran U.S. Bank’s program, and has worked with over 400 brands across every vertical and market.

Natalie Koch

Nathalie primarily advises international e-commerce, IT, and media companies. Among other things, she currently advises leading online service providers on EU consumer protection law (e.g. CRD, UCPD, DCDS, CPC-Network), GDPR compliance, European Accessibility Act and provider liability regimes, incl. with a focus on Digital Services Act implementation and compliance.
