Chairman of the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Indian Railways

Dr. Amit Gupta, Chairman of the Railway Recruitment Board, Ahmedabad, is an Indian Railways officer with over 35 years of experience in transport logistics and urban planning. He has championed accessibility by launching India’s first fully accessible recruitment website and converting railway manuals into audio formats for the visually impaired. A gold medalist in MBA and Ph.D. in Transport Economics, his work in metro rail projects and inclusive systems continues to drive innovation and accessibility in public transport.

Anju Gupta

Ex-President of WRWWO, Vadodara Chapter

Smt. Anju Gupta is a passionate advocate for accessibility and inclusion. During her tenure as President of WRWWO, Vadodara Division, she designed the first railway coach climbing wheelchair, enabling seniors and individuals with mobility challenges to access trains and stations seamlessly. She also transformed a 60-year-old playschool into a modern, accessible space, tripling enrollment and improving infrastructure for students and staff. Her work continues to drive meaningful change in creating accessible ecosystems for all.

Abin Roy Choudhury

Vice President of Sales, Deque APAC

Abin Roy Choudhury is the VP of Sales at Deque Systems in APAC, with 18+ years of experience in accessibility. He holds a CFO program from IIM Calcutta and an MBA from MIT Pune. Abin fosters revenue growth and organizational culture, guiding Fortune 500 companies toward digital equality through strategic leadership. Beyond work, he enjoys travel and writing, seeking solutions to real-world problems.
