Jay Wyant is Minnesota's first Chief Information Accessibility Officer, or CIAO! He has led the Office of Accessibility at the State of Minnesota since 2012. The Office of Accessibility works with Minnesota state agencies to embed accessibility into the State’s culture.

Equity Compliance & Education Manager

Beth Valentine (she/her) is the Equity Compliance & Education Manager in the Equal Opportunity & Title IX Office at the University of North Dakota, where she serves as the Deputy ADA Coordinator and a Deputy Title IX Coordinator. She holds a Ph.D in Philosophy from Rutgers University and an M.S.L. from Yale Law.
