Maya Hampton is the Senior Digital Product Manager for Design Systems at REI, where she's led the creation, launch, and adoption of REI’s code-based design system to scale consistent and accessible UX and UI across the co-op’s digital portfolio. With deep experience in full-lifecycle product management and a focus on systems thinking, her work in design systems helps enable product development teams to efficiently build seamless and high-quality customer experiences.
