Glenda Sims

Chief Information Accessibility Officer

Glenda Sims in the Goodwitch of A11Y at Deque, where she shares her expertise and passion for the open web with .gov, .edu, and .com organizations ranging in size from small business to enterprise. She is an adviser and co-founder of AIR-University (Accessibility Internet Rally) and AccessU. She serves as an accessibility judge and speaker for Knowbility. Glenda co-authored the white paper "A11Y Wars: The Accessibility Interpretation Problem" with the amazing, Wilco Fiers. She is an active member of the IAAP Global Leadership Council.

Greg Williams

VP & Chief Program Architect

Greg Williams oversees program development and operations for some of Deque's largest customers, helping them to build mature, sustainable accessibility programs. Greg has always been passionate about diversity and inclusion and has extended his passion to the disability and accessibility community—joining Deque in 2018 to help launch and mature similarly successful programs across the globe.

Matthew Luken

VP & Principal Strategy Consultant

Matthew Luken is a Vice President & Principal Strategy Consultant at Deque. Prior to Deque, Matthew built and ran U.S. Bank’s enterprise-level digital accessibility program.  In his user experience and service design backgrounds, Matthew worked with over 275 brands around the world, covering every vertical and category. He continues to teach User Experience, Service Design and Digital Accessibility at the college-level, as well as mentor new digital designers through several different mentorship programs around the USA.
